Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares, tracks, and administers work order packages and drawings for design team. (20%)
- Administers the service application process to ensure timely meter sets and customer billing account
- establishment. (20%)
- Administers the work management system to ensure delivery of service commitment. (20%)
- Receipts all contract payments and prepares deposits. (20%)
- Prepares and administers line extension agreements and tracks tie to contracts. (20%)
- Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all
- policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement:
- High School diploma and 3 years of related experience.
- Time management, manage multiple tasks in a high-volume area, analytical, interpersonal Equipment and Applications.
- PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
