Concentric Security is currently seeking a motivated Service Technician to provide maintenance and service for our perimeter security systems and devices. These systems include hydraulic driven vehicle barriers, electro-mechanical drive systems, gates and gate operators, variable frequency drives, low voltage controls and some PLC controls. Concentric Security serves commercial, industrial, military, and federal clients.
The Service Technician will need to ensure a high quality of customer service. They must be able to diagnose systems and problem solve when given only non-technical descriptions provided by the customers and possess superb customer service skills. Training will be provided.
Our goal is to minimize any client system downtime and exceed customer expectations by ensuring quality results in a timely manner. Must be a good communicator and able to pass a background check.
Up to 90% travel. Required travel will be a mix of local, regional, and national.
