Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Communication Agent located in Las Vegas, NV. The Client Communication Agent will manage incoming and outgoing communications, deliver prompt and professional customer service, and ensure personalized interactions that align with our clients' branding. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating client interactions, managing online communications, drafting press releases, and facilitating internal communications as a key liaison with clients and team members.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Online Communication skills for effective engagement with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Writing, including creating compelling and clear messages for various audiences
  • Experience in drafting and editing Press Releases with attention to detail
  • Knowledge and ability in Internal Communications to ensure alignment within the organization
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other communication technology tools
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus
