Job Description:
Join Intelliknow as an Assistant Manager, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in full-service dining and restaurant management to bring their expertise to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff to maintain high performance.
- Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance service quality.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in the full-service dine-in industry.
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Experience managing multiple restaurant units is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems is a plus.
