Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to uphold company standards.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety regulations compliance.
- Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control.
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Implement and track performance metrics to drive operational success.
- Support business development initiatives to improve sales and guest experience.
- Assist in budget planning and financial reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a full dine-in restaurant setting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in improving restaurant efficiency and profitability.
- Familiarity with Red Roof Pizza Hut or similar fast-casual dining brands.
- Experience in staff hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
