Job Description:
Intelliknow is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across five high-volume restaurant locations in the Fort Wayne, Bluffton, and Decatur areas. This is more than a management role — we are looking for a culture builder and a people-first leader who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of 5 restaurant locations ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Recruit, interview, and build high-performing teams.
- Train and coach team members using a hands-on, people-focused leadership approach.
- Ensure food quality, safety protocols, and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain company culture while fostering an environment of trust, respect, and growth.
- Develop internal talent and provide clear paths for advancement.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies quickly and effectively.
- Communicate daily with internal departments including operations, accounting, and HR.
- Strengthen community relationships and represent the brand with integrity.
- Drive profitability by understanding revenue drivers, controlling costs, and analyzing data.
- Make operational decisions from both guest experience and financial perspectives.
Qualifications:
- Humble, hungry, and emotionally intelligent leadership style.
- 4 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience in building and developing high-performing teams with a people-first mindset.
- Analytical mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to create and implement operational systems and processes.
- Willing to relocate to or currently reside in the Fort Wayne, Bluffton, or Decatur area.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, high-energy food service environment.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
