THE BASICS
Pay:
- $35–$50/hour plus bonuses
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Our Service Plumbers also do not work a traditional on-call schedule. After-hours calls are only for our Genius Club Program members and must be approved by management as real emergencies. You'll be happy to know that you will not be sent out late at night for non-urgent issues-only for situations that genuinely require your expertise and urgency.

YOUR DAY AS A PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN
In this Plumbing Service Technician role, you'll hit the ground running each day from home, heading directly to customer locations to put your expertise to work. You'll diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, focusing on uncovering the root causes behind issues rather than applying quick fixes. Your day may include water heater diagnostics and installations, identifying and repairing leaks in potable water systems, and handling toilet repairs and installations. Every service call is an opportunity to provide thorough, high-quality work that customers can rely on.
