Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

INTELLIGENT OFFICE is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to clients. As Receptionist, your responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, and transferring calls to appropriate client, assist clients to make print outs, sort incoming mail and distributed to clients, schedule reservations of offices and/or conference room for clients, among other duties. To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly personality and enjoy helping others. Ultimately, you will ensure excellent customer service and meet the company’s objectives in a timely, organized, and professional manner.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-3 years customer service experience required
  • Needs to have strong computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) & company CRM
  • Needs to be efficient & have tracking skills
  • Needs to be reactive & proactive
  • Needs to be outgoing, energetic and personable with customers on the phone & via email
  • Needs to have problem-solving skills
  • Needs to work well with other / team collaborator
  • Must have good communication Skills listening and writing
  • Must be Bi-lingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
