Job Overview
IMBS is looking for a Process Associate to join our US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based candidates. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Update candidate records and recruitment trackers accurately.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily and weekly hiring targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, BPO, or customer support is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Shift Timings
3:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
