Step Into the RoleAs an Electronics Kit Integrity Specialist II, you make sure every kit released to the production floor is complete, precise, and ready for PCB assembly. Your work safeguards build quality and on-time delivery.What a Day Looks LikeAudit incoming kits against pick lists, validating part numbers and quantities and ensuring BOM-to-part conformance before work orders proceed.Dive into manufacturer datasheets and supplier sites to confirm package types and specifications for electronic components.Document shortages and status using check-in records; maintain clear, accurate trail of all movements and exceptions.Follow IMS procedures for managing consigned/customer-supplied materials and internal property controls.Read and interpret part specifications and drawings; continue to build capability with complex component packages.Open and track Technical Issue (TI) forms; communicate directly with customers when required.Partner with Quality, Purchasing, Documentation, and Production to resolve nonconformances and material exceptions.Keep your workspace organized and inspection-ready; own the accuracy and quality of your output.How You’ll Work With OthersYou’ll interface regularly with the Group Leader, Manager, Purchasing, Documentation, Production teams, and occasionally with customers. Decision-making relies on established IMS instructions and guidelines.
