What You'll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you will:
✅ Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth
✅ Develop, market, execute and leverage educational seminars and events to grow the business
✅ Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, websites, blogs, and advertising
✅ Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
✅ Track campaign performance and report on key metrics
✅ Coordinate events, networking opportunities, and community outreach
✅ Enhance brand awareness and maintain consistent messaging
✅ Generate and nurture leads for the sales team
✅ Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing plans and promotional initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience with educational event planning and management
- Strong digital marketing and social media expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content creation and campaign management
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT, technology, cybersecurity, or B2B services
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and PPC advertising
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Video creation and editing skills
- HubSpot or CRM experience
