Salary: $50 -65K base plus uncapped commission w/ year 1 average OTE of $75-90 k

Ideal Qualifications: We are looking for a senior, ambitious and driven Audience Development Manager with a knack for content-focused sales and community development to help us grow the audience for our Exchange events portfolio. To build interest and attendance for our B2B Exchanges, you'll work alongside our whip-smart production team, investigating industry trends, developing a thorough understanding of the modern enterprise tech stack, and recruiting top executives from the most innovative companies. This autonomous role requires cultivating relationships with C-suite executives focused on enterprise data transformation and AI deployment. You will be identifying and connecting with C-level executives through cold calls, LinkedIn, social media approaches, and email campaigns and develop long-term relationships.
Rsponsibilities Include
- Develop an acute understanding and general awareness of the key industries you are selling into.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry trends, topics, and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Identify Executive C-Suite level participants to enroll in our portfolio of networking events and build lasting relationships
- Follow up with Marketing-generated leads to qualify sales opportunities and move them through the sales funnel.
- Initiate contact with Executives through prospecting efforts such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process including account research, outreach, pipeline management, and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through continued engagement and outreach.
- Grow our internal database by sourcing contact details from data platforms such as Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Maintain and update pipeline through the use of a CRM.
- Meet/exceed KPIs by maintaining expected activity and outreach metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3 years of professional experience in sales, production, recruitment, customer service, and/or event marketing preferred.
- Interest in tech trends
- Candidates must have strong communication skills and thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in both office and remote environments.
- Must have exceptional time management skills and work ethic.
