We are currently growing and are hiring experienced Construction Site Supervisors who are looking to lead and manage professional and organized job sites with a no-drama team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manage scopes of work and change orders
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Utilize construction management software (such as Buildertrend, Asana) to track project milestones and progress
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proven experience in supervising and leading teams on construction sites
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Skills:
- Proficiency in Buildertrend or other construction management software, ability to learn how to communicate using Slack
- Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of contract management principles and practices
- Understanding of OSHA regulations for construction sites
