Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales director who is ready to lead our experienced sales team to the next level. You must have prior success developing high-performing salespeople and keeping them focused on new customer acquisitions through a long sales cycle – ideally in enterprise software – in a highly competitive environment. You love coaching and working hands-on with your salespeople to set and execute strategies that win new business across diverse markets. You excel in coaching, growing, motivating, and holding your team accountable to their goals. You lead by example and know how to drive team success in a competitive market, without compromising on margin. Ideal candidates will have experience selling software or SaaS solutions through long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with launching new products and applying a consultative sales approach is also valuable.


To be successful you understand it is up to you and nobody else. This role requires personal accountability and a strong internal drive. You are ethical, hardworking, personable, and collaborate well across teams. Your ability to hold your team to high standards and execute with consistency enables you to win new business and expand market share. You must have a prior income of $175k and a strong drive to earn more.


In this role you will be part of the company’s leadership team. This means you need to be able to think strategically, work collaboratively, provide market input to help set development priorities, and represent our company in the market. You will need a proven track record of sales performance, team management and growth, data interpretation, sales planning, and fit with our culture.

Salary : $175,000
