Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and refining website content and service pages
- Support development of thought leadership articles and structured publications
- Assist in preparing capability statements and marketing collateral
- Conduct research to support messaging alignment within federal and regulated markets
- Help maintain consistent tone and brand positioning across materials
- Support executive communications and professional correspondence drafting
- Review content for clarity, structure, and professional standards
- Assist in organizing and maintaining communication documentation
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, English, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to write in a structured, professional tone
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools
- Interest in federal contracting, public sector communications, or regulated industries
- Experience contributing to website content or professional publications
- Familiarity with structured business writing formats
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and synthesize findings clearly
