The trademark attorney will provide legal support for U.S. Government Agency attorneys with the following:
Compensation: From $130,000 to $160,000 per year

The trademark attorney will provide legal support for U.S. Government Agency attorneys with the following:
- Trademark searches
- Preparing and filing of trademark applications
- Trademark prosecution and office actions
- Trademark appeals
- Trademark clearance and freedom to operate reviews
- Trademark oppositions, trademark cancellations, and other similar proceedings
- Trademark protection and enforcement
- Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) matters
- Domain Name Dispute Resolution, ICANN and URL
- Trademark agreements and licenses
- Advise on copyright and trademark matters
- Intellectual property and legal support services
- Support intellectual property litigation and adversarial matters
- Must be able to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Required: A minimum of 6 years of trademark law experience
- Required: Law firm, in-house, and/or USPTO experience
Compensation: From $130,000 to $160,000 per year
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
