About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to lead and execute demand generation and lead generation initiatives for our Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI services practice.
This is a strategic role where you will be responsible for building and executing demand generation programs, generating qualified opportunities, driving workshop and webinar participation, and creating a consistent pipeline of enterprise prospects.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience selling or marketing IT Services, Data Analytics, BI, Cloud, or AI solutions to enterprise customers in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution.
• Develop and execute campaigns to drive registrations for workshops, webinars, executive briefings, and events.
• Create targeted outreach campaigns aligned with business goals and service offerings.
• Identify market opportunities, target accounts, and buying personas.
• Build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to create compelling value propositions and outreach strategies.
Business Development & Prospecting
• Generate qualified opportunities and introductory meetings with enterprise prospects.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of target accounts and prospects.
• Conduct account research, prospect profiling, and stakeholder mapping.
• Execute outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Nurture prospects through multi-touch campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for leadership and solution teams.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
• Create and execute lead generation plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to improve conversion rates across outreach campaigns.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of activities, opportunities, and pipeline metrics.
• Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.
Workshops & Webinar Support
• Support planning and promotion of workshops, webinars, and executive events.
• Engage with attendees and prospects before and after events.
• Follow up with participants and convert engagement into qualified opportunities.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to improve event-driven lead generation outcomes.
Client Engagement
• Lead first-level prospect conversations and qualification calls.
• Understand customer business challenges and align them with company offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, or Growth Marketing within the IT Services industry.
• Proven experience working with US-based customers and prospects is mandatory.
• Experience selling or marketing Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation services is highly preferred.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
• Good understanding of IT Services sales and consulting business models.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Platforms, AI, or Cloud technologies.
• Exposure to Microsoft Data & AI ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Power BI, AI Services, Copilot) is a strong advantage.
