Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software supporting the Data Dictionary capability
- Enhance Java and Spring based user interfaces used to define data attributes and valid values
- Maintain and improve backend services and REST APIs for programmatic data access
- Support database design and integration using Postgres and SQL
- Deploy and sustain applications in Linux and containerized environments
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes based platforms
- Participate in deployment pipelines and task tracking workflows
- Document system design, updates, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership in a fast paced mission environment
Minimum Qualifications
Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.
- 8 years of Software Engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline
- An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years
- 3 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
Required Skills
- Java and Spring development
- RESTful web services using JSON and XML
- Postgres or other SQL based databases
- Linux development and operations
- Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- CI and CD deployment pipelines
- Task tracking tools such as JIRA or Redmine
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills
- User interface design and testing experience
- Experience supporting mission systems in classified environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation Range: $179,000.00 - $236,000.00
