A Day in the Life
Coffee in hand, portal checked, and you're out the door, headed to your first of several corporate sites for the day. Some days you're the lead, other days you're a one-person force. Either way, you move fast, work clean, run and terminate lines, test and tone them to perfection, snap your completion photos, submit your deliverables, and do it all over again at the next site. That's the job , and you love it. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how you like it.
You'll work on a mix of planned projects and service requests from corporate clients who rely on Intellicomm to keep their operations running without a hitch. You're their hero on-site and you'll have the tools, the training, and a crew counting on you to prove it.
What You'll Be Doing: Running and directing a 1-2 person team across multiple corporate sites each day, or owning it solo when the job calls for it. Installing racks, servers, and switches across multiple corporate sites per day. Running and terminating data lines cleanly and precisely. Troubleshooting and resolving network device issues on the spot. Completing both scheduled projects and service requests for corporate clients. Documenting every site with photos and submitting required deliverables before moving on. Keeping daily email communications sharp and organized. Monitoring the Intellicomm portal for schedule updates and new assignments. Communicating professionally with end users and on-site teams. Performing server upgrades and following detailed installation guides.

Education / Experience
Associate's Degree in an IT field or equivalent technical background
Reliable Vehicle
Ready to roll to multiple sites across different cities daily
Windows Laptop
