Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each client feels valued and understood
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account information, billing, product details, or technical issues using clear communication skills
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills during all interactions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends or issues that can improve service quality or operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client concerns promptly and effectively
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus at least one additional language is preferred
- Previous experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center environments is a plus
- Excellent typing skills for quick and precise data entry
