Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead and mature Intellicene’s PMO, establishing standardized processes, tools, and governance for security system deployments Oversee a portfolio of physical security projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers responsible for installation and integration projects Collaborate closely with engineering, field operations, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution Develop and enforce project methodologies tailored to physical security deployments (site assessments, installation, commissioning, handoff) Drive resource planning across technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams Monitor project financials, including budgets, margins, and change orders Identify risks related to site conditions, supply chain, compliance, and installation constraints, and proactively mitigate them Establish reporting dashboards for leadership visibility into project health and performance Support pre-sales activities, including scope validation, timelines, and project feasibility assessments Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client security requirements Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and PMO maturity Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7 years of project/program management experience, preferably in physical security, low-voltage systems, or related industries 3 years of leadership experience managing project managers or cross-functional teams Proven experience delivering complex, multi-site installations (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion systems) Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and client delivery expectations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in client-facing environments Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent Experience with enterprise security platforms (e.g., LenelS2, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon) Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and coordination with general contractors Knowledge of low-voltage systems, networking fundamentals, and system integration Skills & Competencies Leadership in operational and field-based environments Strong organizational and execution discipline Risk management in dynamic, site-based projects Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management Ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking Travel Up to 25% domestic travel required for site visits, client meetings, project oversight, and team support Reporting Structure Reports to: [VP of Operations / Director of Project Delivery] Direct Reports: Project Managers, Project Coordinators Work Environment Hybrid office/field environment with regular interaction with client sites, technicians, and cross-functional teams Worker Type Temporary (Fixed Term) Number of Openings Available 1 Intellicene sits at the nexus of awareness, insight, and action.
