Role Description
- Schedule, monitor, and run batch jobs across multiple environments.
- Monitor production systems and ensure application uptime and stability.
- Analyze production errors, identify root causes, and propose long-term fixes.
- Develop and maintain SQL monitoring queries and reports.
- Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve performance.
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of production issues.
- 5 years of experience in application development and support.
- 4 years of hands-on production support experience with .NET applications.
- 3 years of experience developing SSIS packages.
- Strong knowledge of C#, BizTalk, SOAP, and REST services.
- Solid experience in batch design, scheduling, and execution.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with Splunk and Cloud monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
