- Support the Implementation Team with system configuration and functional design activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to support integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with client counterparts to help drive timely execution through implementation and testing phases.
- Work onsite one-on-one with client counterparts to support design discussions, functional mapping, test scenario execution, and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and integration partners to support onsite integration testing and participate in daily testing status meetings from the testing room.
- Support business teams during user acceptance testing (UAT) from the testing room.
