NCDHHS is seeking a developer with experience in InterSystems Database Cache for UNIX, Java and Linux to create data migration scripts and build an archive system.

NCDHHS is seeking a developer with experience in InterSystems Database Cache for UNIX, Java and Linux to create data migration scripts and build an archive system.
Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Develop Data Migration pipelines and ArchiveSystem
- Providing technical support for the application and infrastructure
- Providing expertise and guidance for technical needs
- Be able to independently learn, analyze and resolve issues.
- Providing technical input as needed to the ITManager
- Reporting statuses to the IT Manager
- Adhering to NCDHHS policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Ability to provide technical assistance and communicate with multiple teams to get the tasks done
- Experience with Java and SQL
- Subject matter expertise to Linux O/S and Windows.
- Experience with relational databases
- Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups
- Ability to Work well with the team
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self-starter
- Experience with Intersystems Cache Database and ETL for data archive processes. Required 5 Years
- Experience with Websphere Application Server Required 5 Years
- SDLC Processes Required 5 Years
- Ability to understand technical architecture and be able to work with infrastructure teams Required 5 Years
- Ability to provide technical assistance and communicate with multiple teams to get the tasks done Required 5 Years
- Development and support of technical solutions for supporting business processes, Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self-starter Required 5 Years
- Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups Required 5 Years
- Experience with Java, HMTL, HTTP, XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI Highly desired 6 Years
- Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development Highly desired 5 Years
- Experience with Web Services, Linux and Windows Operating Systems Desired 6 Years
- FTP/SFTP/FTPS Desired 5 Years
