• Epic-certified as Principal Trainer in Clinical Documentation • Required • 5 • Years
• Ability to work without close supervision, taking ownership of work activities, & ensuring training
sessions & materials meet Epic''s standards • Required • •
• Experience with clinical documentation improvement (CDI) practices • Required • 3 • Years
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS) • Highly

• Experience supporting large-scale EHR implementations or upgrades • Highly desired • •
