Jr. Industrial Designer
PETERARNELL is a multidisciplinary design office working with a number of top tier companies on brand design and design-led business development. We are seeking a Jr-Level Industrial Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as an integral part of our day-to-day operations and long-term development and growth.

The candidate should have a track record of designing and delivering commercial products to market; experience applying user-centered design methods, human factors engineering, and DFMA best practices during the product development process. The candidate should understand current brand trends, perceptions and overall interactions; someone who can tell stories and creatively synthesize analysis and put themselves in the minds of both the consumer and client to help us meet their needs.
Required:
- 1-2 years professional industrial design experience including experience with manufacturing and bringing products to market
- B.S. in Industrial Design - other related design disciplines considered with applicable experience
- Proficiency in 3D Software - Rhino3d preferred - and Solidworks. Blender, C4D, ZBrush is a plus
- Expert Level in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of graphic design principles and brand identity.
- Exceptional visualizations skills and ability to create photo realistic renders. Expertise in Keyshot. Octane, Redshift, Enscape is a plus.
- Excellent sense and knowledge of aesthetics, proportions, form, and CMF
- Strong visual communication and concepting skills
Preferred:
- Diverse knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, experience applying DFMA best practices
- 3D-printing experience
- Digital Product design experience
