Role: Sr. Lab Systems Analyst
Location: St. Paul, MN - 55117
Duration: 12 Months
What You’ll Do
- Support and administer laboratory systems and analytical instruments in a regulated environment
- Serve as the subject matter expert for lab systems, workflows, and instrument qualification
- Execute software installation, validation, and change management activities using Windchill
- Develop and maintain system procedures, validation protocols, and qualification reports
- Train and support laboratory staff on systems, software, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with Quality System and laboratory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of laboratory experience in Chemistry or Life Sciences
- Hands-on experience with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
- Strong knowledge of LIMS (LabVantage or similar)
- Proven experience with instrument qualification and software validation
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex calculations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and laboratory documentation practices
