Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Typically (12 ) years of hands-on SAP or relevant WFM experience, with at least (2 ) full-cycle implementation lifecycles.
  • Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor compliance, union rules, absence tracking, time evaluation, and shift planning.
  • Technical Integration: Strong technical comprehension of HR/Finance integrations, including APIs, IDocs, and middleware concepts (e.g., SAP CPI).
  • Certifications: Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking or relevant Workforce Software are highly desired.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, workshop facilitation, and capability to influence senior leadership.
