Position Overview
we are seeking an experienced Sustaining Project Manager to support post-launch and sustaining activities for medical device products within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on product life cycle management, manufacturing support, process improvements, and continuous product enhancements
.
Key Responsibility
- lead sustaining and post-launch projects for medical device product
- s.Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory team
- s.Manage product enhancements, process improvements, issue resolution, and change control initiative
- s.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication
- s.Ensure project execution aligns with FDA, GMP, and Quality System requirement
- s.Drive continuous improvement efforts and manufacturing optimisation project
- s.Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and overall program performance

Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related fie
- 5 years of Project Management experience within the Medical Device industry
- Experience supporting product launches, sustaining engineering, and post-market activities
- es.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and regulated environment
- ts.Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and Quality Management System
- ms.Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong risk management, change control, and problem-solving capability
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence
