Job Description:
Led daily shipping, receiving, stocking, and material handling operations in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment.
Loaded and unloaded trucks, inspected incoming materials for damage, identified products, and prepared outbound shipments for delivery.
Performed material transfer, kitting, issuing, staging, and internal delivery of materials to production lines and warehouse locations.
Dispensed chemicals according to production work orders, including weighing, measuring, mathematical conversions, and inventory tracking.
Maintained accurate inventory records using MRP/ERP systems, including cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy reconciliation, and FIFO inventory management.
Handled hazardous, bio-hazardous, and pathological waste in compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and established procedures.
Operated forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to safely move materials throughout the facility.
Ensured GMP compliance by maintaining clean, organized, sanitized, and secure warehouse and production staging areas.
Assisted with equipment maintenance, calibration schedules, and preventive maintenance activities for warehouse control systems.
Collaborated with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues, non-conforming materials, supplier discrepancies, and quarantined inventory.
Maintained shipping documentation, clerical records, data entry, and carrier processing using UPS, DHL, and Federal Express shipping systems.
Supported employee issue resolution and daily operational decision-making within departmental guidelines.
Regularly lifted and moved materials up to 50 lbs and worked in varied environments, including cold storage and confined spaces.
