What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position at Intellectt Inc?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support large-scale capital construction projects for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform field measurement and quantity take-offs of installed construction work
- Track and validate project progress across mechanical, electrical, and architectural scopes
- Measure piping, cable installations, drywall, and other construction quantities
- Collaborate with construction and project controls teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain detailed quantity tracking documentation and progress reports
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of Quantity Surveying or Quantity Measurement experience
- Strong field-based construction measurement experience
- Experience supporting large capital projects valued at $200M
- Ability to quantify mechanical, electrical, and architectural trades
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical, semiconductor, or large industrial construction experience
- Hands-on field construction experience
- Degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
Salary : $75 - $80
