Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Technician to support a new product launch in a manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, supporting production processes, improving manufacturing operations, and working closely with engineers and production teams to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing operations as a process and equipment technician
- Troubleshoot production equipment and resolve process issues
- Assist with new product introductions, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
- Support lean manufacturing practices and coach production teams
- Train production personnel on manufacturing and testing procedures
- Recommend and implement improvements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Analyze production/test data and support yield improvement activities
- Work with maintenance teams to ensure smooth equipment operation
- Assist engineers in troubleshooting quality, safety, and process issues
- Support root cause investigations and scrap analysis
- Communicate updates across shifts and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent training in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field
- 5 years of manufacturing technician experience
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes
- Ability to train, coach, and work with production teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Experience handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Salary : $30 - $35
