What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Electrical Engineer position at Intellectt Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications.
- Execute engineering projects and development of electromechanical systems including power distribution, vacuum systems, high voltage, control systems, robotics, safety interlocks and electro-static chuck technologies.
- Ensures adherence to the development process including requirements planning, schedule estimates, concept reviews, design reviews, verification, and validation test plans.
- Provide electrical engineering interface to the design services group and to offshore teams to deliver quality designs and on-time performance.
- Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.
- Ensures designs meet design objectives as well as safety, industry (SEMI), and customer specific requirements.
- Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.
- May also review vendor capability to support product development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5 years of electrical hardware design experience.
- Experience with complex electromechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of power distribution, PCB design, system integration, or high-voltage design.
- Experience conducting technical design reviews.
- Familiarity with engineering change management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Semiconductor capital equipment experience.
- Experience with RF power systems.
- Proficiency with Altium, PADS, and PSpice.
- Experience with Creo Schematic, Creo Cabling, AutoCAD, or Windchill.
- Background in robotics, automation, or industrial equipment design.
