Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Project Lead to oversee owner’s rep discipline leads across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural workstreams for a major API facility capital project. This role will manage day-to-day coordination between internal stakeholders, owner’s rep resources, and the external design house, ensuring technical questions, design inputs, and project priorities are resolved efficiently. This role requires technical leadership in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing, with emphasis on cleanroom design, utilities, building systems, and multi-discipline coordination. The ideal candidate has API project experience, works well with large design firms, and can lead both project execution and technical discussions.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Lead owner’s rep discipline coordination across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural scopes
Run coordination meetings with internal teams and the design house to resolve questions and keep design work moving
Provide technical guidance on cleanrooms, utilities, and facility design issues
Gather site requirements and help close gaps where design inputs are still developing
Track deliverables, action items, and schedule alignment using Primavera
Support execution across HVAC, utilities, and related facility infrastructure
Must-have skills
Project leadership experience on large CAPEX projects in pharma, biotech, API, or other regulated manufacturing environments
Technical background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, architectural, and utilities coordination
Experience managing design-house coordination and internal stakeholder meetings
Familiarity with cleanroom and GMP design requirements, including Annex 1, ISPE guidance, and applicable building / mechanical / electrical codes
API manufacturing project experience
MS Office
Nice to have
Peptide or GLP-1 project experience
Exposure to equipment packages, solid waste systems, or process-adjacent utilities
Experience working with large design-firms
Primavera, AutoCAD
Salary : $55 - $60
