Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Plasma Logistics Technician to support plasma operations within our Plasma Logistics Center. In this role, you will receive, classify, store, and distribute plasma while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and company quality standards. This position requires experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload inbound plasma shipments and verify received materials.
- Identify, classify, and sort plasma according to established procedures.
- Enter inventory receipts into the Plasma Management System (SGP).
- Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and rider pallet jacks to transport and store materials.
- Use Radio Frequency Terminals (RFT) to track inventory movements throughout warehouse and freezer locations.
- Pull plasma based on freezer work orders and verify inventory accuracy.
- Inspect pallets, crates, and other equipment for damage and suitability.
- Remove unsuitable plasma units and support inventory classification activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper material flow.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP, OSHA, and EHS requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Assist with inventory control, warehouse projects, and cross-functional support as needed.
- Work overtime as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated industry experience preferred.
- Previous warehouse and inventory control experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks preferred.
- Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and inventory management processes preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
