Job Title: Manufacturing / Process Engineer (Quality & Packaging)

Job Summary
Seeking a Manufacturing / Process Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in quality, packaging, or manufacturing engineering. This onsite role will support production by improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment to enhance productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency. Six Sigma exposure is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support daily production goals
- Lead projects involving new equipment, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
- Support new product introductions and ensure smooth production implementation
- Conduct Process FMEAs and process validations
- Improve quality, labor efficiency, and throughput using Lean manufacturing principles
- Coordinate design, procurement, build, and debugging of tooling, machinery, and test equipment
- Partner with Product Development to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and process issues
- Support quality systems, compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Packaging, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience with process improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Process FMEA and process validation
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma exposure
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting tooling, fixtures, and production equipment
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
