Job Summary
Seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with 4 years of manufacturing engineering experience and strong hands-on Windchill PLM expertise to support manufacturing process development, optimization, tooling, quality, and PLM activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, layouts, tooling, equipment, machining, and assembly.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, process capability, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Configure and support Windchill PLM workflows, attributes, lifecycles, and integrations.
- Support product data, engineering changes, and PLM processes.
- Perform process testing, inspection, and validation activities.
- Support quality, regulatory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 4 years of relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Strong Windchill PLM configuration and implementation experience.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, tooling, machining, equipment, and assembly.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, SPC, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
- Manufacturing environment experience.
- Knowledge of PLM integrations with ERP, CAD, or MES is preferred.
- Agile PLM experience is preferred.
Work Requirements
- Must be available to work onsite in North Haven, CT.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; OPT is not eligible for this position.
