We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement to optimize assembly line operations and improve manufacturing efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to work on process optimization, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze assembly lines and manufacturing processes using Lean principles.
- Perform time studies, line balancing, and process analysis.
- Develop current and future state Value Stream Maps (VSM).
- Identify bottlenecks, waste, and productivity improvement opportunities.
- Create and update standard work instructions and video work instructions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with fixture design and manufacturing process improvements.
Required Skills:
