Job Summary
Seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician with experience maintaining building systems in a GMP/Clean Room environment. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of facility equipment, vendor coordination, and supporting facility operations.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of facilities maintenance experience in a GMP environment
- Experience maintaining Clean Room facilities
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and DI/RO water systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance and work orders
- Familiarity with GMP Change Control and ISO standards
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Experience managing vendors and repair/improvement projects
- Willing to participate in an on-call rotation (paid 2 hours/day)
Preferred Background
- Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Semiconductor, or Hospital facilities experience
