Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Waukesha, WI
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and test equipment
- Support production equipment uptime and performance
- Develop and test equipment specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and electrical safety standards
- Identify safety hazards and support corrective actions
- Perform root cause and failure analysis
- Support PLC, HMI, and control systems
- Work with manufacturing, engineering, quality, suppliers, and customers
- Improve testing and control systems using advanced technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3 years of manufacturing equipment troubleshooting experience
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and safety systems
- Experience with Rockwell / Allen-Bradley platforms (RSLogix, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk)
- Experience with VB, SQL, and Microsoft applications
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Experience with electrical testing procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of manufacturing troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E and Electrical Safe Work practices
- Experience in Engineered-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
