Position Title: Construction CSA Quality Specialist

Location: Lebanon, IN

Client: Pharmaceutical Industry

Duration: 12 months (Potential extension up to 3 years)

100% onsite

Role Overview

The Construction CSA Quality Specialist provides on‑site quality oversight for large‑scale pharmaceutical and industrial construction projects. This role is focused on construction execution and quality assurance during core & shell and interior fit‑out phases, ensuring work meets drawings, specifications, and GMP expectations.

This is a long‑term opportunity supporting a major capital construction program in a highly regulated environment, ideal for senior construction quality professionals who thrive on site.

Key Focus Areas

Construction Quality Assurance (QA) for CSA scopes

Core & shell construction and GMP fit‑out oversight

Pharmaceutical and industrial facilities

Responsibilities

Provide on‑site CSA quality oversight during construction and fit‑out activities

Review and verify construction work for compliance with drawings, specifications, and GMP requirements

Support inspections, punch list development, and closeout activities

Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and project management to diagnose and resolve quality issues

Ensure quality alignment across architectural, structural, and building enclosure scopes (excluding civil)

Required Experience & Qualifications

10 years of dedicated Construction Quality Assurance experience

Demonstrated experience on pharmaceutical and industrial construction projects

Strong background in core & shell construction and interior fit‑out phases

Hands‑on, on‑site construction QA experience (not design‑only)

Additional Information

Construction execution and quality oversight focused role

Civil engineering degree not required
