Job Responsibilities
- Maintain CIP project trackers, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Track project status, timelines, risks, and cost-saving calculations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Product Management teams.
- Own savings calculations, reporting, and leadership review updates.
- Monitor project approvals, implementation progress, and realized savings.
- Identify roadblocks and escalate issues to ensure timely execution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering), cost reduction, or cost improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of cost-savings calculations, reporting, and tracking.
- Experience managing CIP project trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
- Ability to track project implementation and validate realized savings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Pay Scale-$45- $50/hr W2
