Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Canes Technician located in Norfolk, VA. The Canes Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing communication and network equipment, ensuring optimal performance of systems, and providing technical support to clients. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and routine maintenance. Collaboration with team members and clients for system upgrades and implementations is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience with communication and network equipment maintenance and repair
- Proficiency in system diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Technical support skills and ability to work with team members and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5 years of hands on CANES experience
- Ability to work on-site in Norfolk, VA
- Security certification required
- Secret Clearance required
- Relevant technical experience in a military or government setting is beneficial
