About the role
We’re looking for passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join Intellect, a leading mental health platform dedicated to making quality care more accessible around the world.
As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you’ll have the opportunity to empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys — providing meaningful, one-on-one support through 60-minute video sessions tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.
This is a freelance, fully remote role that offers you the flexibility to choose your own schedule — making it a great way to complement your current job or private practice while joining a collaborative, mission-driven global community.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
- Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.
Requirements
- Qualifications: PhD or PsyD
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
- Expertise:
>Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
>Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
>Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
>Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
>Somatic Experiencing (SE)
- License: Must hold a valid and active license applicable to Nebraska
- Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
- Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counselling
- Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
- Applicants must already hold a valid visa or legal right to work in the country of hiring, as Intellect does not provide visa sponsorship at this time
