Director / Senior Manager – Payment Hub SaaS Delivery & Client Solutions
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced payments technology professional to lead the delivery and adoption of our cloud-based Payment Hub SaaS solution for enterprise clients in the United States. This role combines client implementation leadership, payments domain expertise, solution consulting, competitive intelligence, and commercial understanding.
The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of the US payments landscape, including payment processing platforms, payment hubs, treasury solutions, banking integrations, APIs, ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, card payments, and emerging payment technologies. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, product management, engineering, operations, and implementation teams to successfully deploy and scale the SaaS Payment Hub platform.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Implementation Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of Payment Hub SaaS implementations for US enterprise clients.
- Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, implementation planning, and go-live execution.
- Translate client business requirements into scalable SaaS payment solutions.
- Manage client expectations around scope, timelines, integrations, SLAs, security, and operational readiness.
- Establish governance frameworks including steering committees, project plans, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion of clients post-implementation.
Payment Domain Expertise
- Provide subject matter expertise across ACH payments/collections, domestic/international wires, Real-Time Payments (RTP), FedNow, SWIFT connectivity, and ISO 20022 messaging.
- Advise clients on payment modernization strategies, API-based payment integrations, embedded payments, treasury management workflows, and payment orchestration/routing.
- Guide clients on fraud controls and compliance requirements.
Competitive Intelligence & Commercial Strategy
- Maintain detailed knowledge of competing payment hub and payments infrastructure providers (product capabilities, pricing, SLAs, and performance benchmarks).
- Develop competitive comparisons and positioning materials for sales and client discussions.
- Support sales teams with solution design, commercial proposals, and SaaS pricing structures (subscription, usage, and transaction-based models).
- Help clients evaluate ROI, cost savings, operational efficiencies, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
Product Feedback & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the voice of the customer to product management, identifying enhancements based on market needs and competitive gaps.
- Build trusted relationships with corporate treasury teams, banks, financial institutions, FinTech partners, and CIO/CTO organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8–15 years of professional experience in payments technology, banking platforms, fintech, treasury technology, or financial services software.
- SaaS Delivery: Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise SaaS solutions or financial infrastructure implementations.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US payment rails, enterprise banking connectivity models, and regulatory environments.
- Technical Acumen: Working knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, microservices architectures, data security, encryption, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Location/Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Background
- Experience working within a Payment SaaS provider, banking technology company, treasury management platform, or a consulting firm focused on enterprise payments transformation.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
