• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing; log and track defects.

Required Skills:

1. munium 3 Years Experience of Business Analyst
2. munium 3 Years Experience of Quality Assurance Analyst
3. Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation
4. Experience with creating product roadmap
5. Adept with using BA/QA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio)
