Job Description
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and installs/assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and rough sketches or drawings. Performs setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, and coordinates with supplier for service and repairs where needed. Monitors and analyzes all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool/module related issues. Creates reports of system failures, updates existing specs, and creates new specs that supports overall equipment maintenance/performance. Works with Module Engineering to execute experiments and equipment configuration changes, supports data collection activities, and generally completes tasks per published procedures. Supports Engineering with module equipment troubleshooting through data analysis and controlled experimentation that will meet or improve module availability and performance targets preventing future excursions. During factory ramps, works with module engineering and construction teams to ensure tools are installed and/or converted per designs.
Open for all shifts (4,5,6 & 7). Must work on site.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
The candidate must possess at least one of the following:
Associate's degree/certification in equipment focused program (including, but not limited to: Automotive Maintenance, HVAC, Mechatronics, and Aviation maintenance) OR
One of the following experience requirements obtained in the last 5 years:
Minimum 1 year semiconductor equipment maintenance experience OR
Minimum 2 years of military equipment maintenance experience OR
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair in a professional capacity
Must be willing to lift up to 35 pounds (18 kgs) 4 times a day.
Position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated skills to influence the content and creation of new specs, procedures and business processes related to equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of process control systems.
Experience with schematics and complex drawings/diagrams.
Integrated circuit fabrication experience.
