Key Responsibilities
- Drive and develop testability and manufacturability of analog and/or RF products
- Design test boards with suppliers to test RF products
- Collaborate with customers to develop optimize production testing
- Develop and debug software programs to drive advanced test equipment such as BERTS, scopes, and automatic test equipment (ATE).
- Perform ATE-to-DV correlation, debug functionality and performance issues
- Evaluate new analog IP designs on ATE and work with design and product development teams to identify and resolve functionality and performance issues.
- Perform ATE and bench device characterization
- Release production test solutions that ensure product quality, yield optimization, and post-release issue resolution.
- Test and characterize analog circuits for power and thermals, including thermal profiling and recipe tuning for production thermal control.
- Provide calibration for power delivery enabling power and performance binning.

- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access
- Bachelor's and 3 years or a Master’s and 2 years or a PhD and 0 years in electrical engineering or related STEM degree with 3 years of experience in RF design and test
- 2 years of experience with IC Test experience
- 2 years of experience in ATE testing, test methodology, electronics design, or product development
- 2 years of experience with lab equipment such as mixed-signal oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, TDRs
- 2 years of experience with electrical simulation tools such HFSS, ADS, PowerSI
- 3 years of experience with board design using Cadence Allegro
- Understanding of Digital, Analog, Mixed signal, high speed testing, tester hardware design
- Programming skills with scripting language such as Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW
