The Fab 11x Production department is looking for highly motivated individuals with strong technical background and capabilities to drive our multiple Production and Development technologies to world-class performance levels. Primary responsibility is to achieve our performance goals through the supervision, staffing and development of ~13 non-exempt employees in a high volume manufacturing environment. Candidate will be expected to manage the day to day operations to increase the overall factory utilization of tools to achieve factory goals. Candidate will need to partner effectively with their on-shift peers, direct reports, and across department boundaries on a daily basis. Candidate must understand process flow, WIP management strategies, line management tactics and quality control. Candidates must also be capable of model-based problem solving and driving Lean solutions through standardization. Candidate must be capable of effectively integrating and developing manufacturing technicians by role modeling, leading and mentoring them to produce high-quality results. Behavioral traits for this position include good communication skills, self-direction, integrity, good teamwork as well as leadership skills, strong problem solving, and attention to detail.
This position is for a Shift 7 Remote Operations Center Group Leader (ROC GL) in the Fab11X Production Department and will report to the F11X Production manager.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have BS or MS degree (Technical/Engineering/Operations Management preferred) OR 5+ years of semiconductor experience with an Associate Degree or Military Education.

3+ years experience in leadership AND/OR management.
2+ years experience in technical/engineering background
