The Role and Impact As a Construction Project/Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Intel's future by overseeing the construction and optimization of cutting-edge facilities that drive innovation and growth. Your expertise will ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Working closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will manage complex projects that directly impact Intel's operational excellence and strategic goals. The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in fostering a strong safety and quality culture across all construction projects.
  • Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and ensure successful execution from inception to completion.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities related to building and facilities construction projects.
  • Interface directly with construction general contractors throughout all project phases, from bidding to project closeout.
  • Execute contracting strategies, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedules, budgets, and approval processes.
  • Review civil/structural/architectural, process, electrical, and mechanical designs to ensure alignment with project scope baselines.
  • Manage scope deviations, vetting changes through established change control and trend processes.
  • Outline construction site architecture, document equipment requirements and designs, and maintain all related project documentation.
  • Record and report key construction metrics to team members and management.
  • Collaborate with teams to perform troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis onsite.
  • Develop and monitor program health indicators, including quality and timelines, to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project anomalies to senior team members, providing clear impact statements and solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience aligned with business needs.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience managing construction projects for Intel as a Project Manager directly supporting Intel facilities operations or construction organizations.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Construction Project Management experience at Ronler Acres directly supporting Intel facilities operations or construction organizations.
  • Minimum 20 Years of Construction Project Management experience at Aloha directly supporting Intel facilities operations or construction organizations.
  • Active plumbing license required.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Construction project management experience outside of Oregon directly supporting Intel facilities operations or construction organizations.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $140,220.00 - 197,960.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
